disc is a beginning
Not a box. Not a label. Not the answer.
Learn the model. Understand the assessment. Then learn to see what happens beyond it.
THE ASSESSMENT IS NOT THE DESTINATION
People are not reports
An assessment can give us useful information about behavioral tendencies. But people move. They adapt. They respond to context, pressure, relationships and change.
BEHAVIOR IS EVIDENCE
What people actually do gives us information. Observe it. Test your assumptions against it. Stay curious long enough to notice when the evidence changes.
NEVER BE RIGHT
The moment we decide we have someone figured out, we stop observing. DISC should sharpen our questions—not give us permission to declare answers about people.
